Delhi introduces the journey with its regal avenues, Mughal monuments and vibrant marketplaces. Agra follows with the poetic beauty of the Taj Mahal, complemented by Mughal-era forts and riverside gardens. Jaipur concludes the circuit in grand fashion with hilltop palaces, colourful bazaars, royal museums and the warm hospitality Rajasthan is celebrated for. With private guides, premium hotels and seamless travel arrangements, this seven-day itinerary offers a refined, immersive and deeply memorable exploration of North India.
Arrive in Delhi where your private chauffeur greets you and transfers you to your chosen luxury hotel — Taj or Leela. Settle into a refined atmosphere of warm hospitality, elegant interiors and personalised comfort. Spend the initial hours unwinding, rejuvenating and becoming familiar with the serene spaces of the property.
Later in the day, step out for a light orientation tour of New Delhi’s wide boulevards and stately government buildings. Drive past India Gate, the Presidential Palace and the Parliament House, absorbing the grandeur of the capital city before returning to your luxury stay for a restful evening.
Overnight: Taj / Leela Delhi
Begin the day with a guided exploration of Old Delhi’s vibrant heart. Enjoy a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk’s historic bazaars where spice scents, fabric stalls and traditional eateries fill the air. Visit Jama Masjid and the peaceful Raj Ghat before transitioning to the more contemporary side of the city.
Continue to Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar and surrounding heritage sites, each reflecting Mughal craftsmanship and architectural refinement. Return to your hotel for leisure time, fine dining or a rejuvenating spa experience.
Overnight: Taj / Leela Delhi
Travel smoothly to Agra in your private vehicle. Upon arrival, check into the luxury Taj property, known for its thoughtful service and refined ambience. After settling in, meet your guide for a tour of Agra Fort, a monumental structure offering insights into Mughal imperial life through its courtyards, palaces and riverside views.
Later, enjoy a relaxed evening at your hotel or visit Mehtab Bagh for a tranquil view of the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River — a perfect prelude to the sunrise visit planned for the next morning.
Overnight: Taj Agra
Begin the day with a serene sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. Soft morning light lends the monument a magical glow, revealing the marble’s fine inlay work and delicate patterns. After taking your time at the monument, return to your hotel for breakfast.
Continue your journey to Jaipur, arriving by afternoon. Check in at your chosen Taj or Leela property where regal décor, lush courtyards and luxury hospitality define the atmosphere. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure or explore the peaceful surroundings of the hotel.
Overnight: Taj / Leela Jaipur
Your morning begins with a visit to Amber Fort, a magnificent hilltop palace complex known for its artistic blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture. Wander through mirrored halls, frescoed walls and ornate gateways while your guide brings royal stories to life. A stop at the beautiful Panna Meena Stepwell adds a charming touch to the morning.
Proceed to Haw Mahal for photographs, followed by a guided visit to the City Palace. Explore its museums, royal galleries and impressive courtyards. The afternoon is ideal for browsing Jaipur’s artisan markets specialising in jewellery, textiles, blue pottery and hand-block prints.
Overnight: Taj / Leela Jaipur
Enjoy a relaxed morning exploring Jaipur’s artistic neighbourhoods. Visit textile studios, gemstone workshops or block-printing houses where skilled artisans demonstrate traditional craftsmanship. These immersive experiences add depth to your cultural journey while supporting local communities.
Spend the remainder of the day at leisure. Indulge in hotel spa therapies, enjoy traditional Rajasthani cuisine or take a quiet stroll through the landscaped courtyards of your luxury property.
