India
A six-day Golden Triangle journey offers the luxury of time, comfort and depth — allowing you to experience India’s most iconic circuit without rushing between monuments. With extended stays in each city, this itinerary opens up space for richer cultural interactions, atmospheric neighbourhood walks, architectural insights and gentle exploration that reveals the true character of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
Delhi welcomes you with its layered identity of ancient dynasties, spice-filled bazaars and graceful colonial avenues. Agra unfolds slowly through its Mughal masterpieces, culminating in the unforgettable sunrise moment at the Taj Mahal. Jaipur completes the experience with hilltop palaces, intricate stepwells, artisan workshops and bustling markets reflecting Rajasthan’s royal past. With private guides, smooth transfers and well-paced sightseeing, this tour combines comfort with meaningful discovery.
Arrive in Delhi and meet your private driver who ensures a smooth transfer to your hotel. Once settled, begin exploring the city’s unique blend of ancient heritage and contemporary life. Your guide introduces you to the broad avenues, historic gates and cultural corners that give Delhi its distinct rhythm.
Enjoy a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, where centuries-old shopfronts, spice stalls and vibrant lanes set the tone for your journey. Visit Jama Masjid, India’s grand mosque, followed by Raj Ghat. Later, explore Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar — both architectural masterpieces — before returning to your hotel.
Overnight in Delhi
This day unfolds at a calmer pace, allowing deeper exploration of Delhi’s cultural landscape. Begin with a walk through old quarters, boutique cafés or lesser-known heritage areas such as Mehrauli or Lodhi Art District, depending on your preference. These neighbourhoods showcase Delhi’s artistic and historical diversity.
In the afternoon, visit local markets where craftsmen and artisans continue traditional practices. Your guide may introduce you to food lanes, art districts or hidden architectural gems based on your interests. The day ends leisurely, giving you time to absorb Delhi’s multifaceted character.
Overnight in Delhi
Depart for Agra through a smooth highway journey. On arrival, check in and relax before meeting your guide. Begin with Agra Fort, a grand Mughal citadel featuring palaces, courtyard gardens and river-facing pavilions. The fort’s atmosphere reveals the daily lives of emperors and nobles with striking detail.
Later, enjoy views of the Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh across the Yamuna River, where the monument glows softly in fading light. This peaceful prelude heightens anticipation for the sunrise visit the next morning.
Overnight in Agra
Your morning begins with a breathtaking sunrise visit to the TajMahal. As dawn light reveals the marble’s delicate shades, every angle feels poetic and serene. Spend your time walking through the gardens, admiring inlay work and absorbing the emotional history behind the monument.
Return to your hotel for breakfast before beginning your journey to Jaipur. En route, optional stops like Abhaneri Stepwell offer beautiful glimpses of ancient engineering and rural life. Reach Jaipur, settle in and enjoy an evening surrounded by the Pink City’s vibrant colours.
Overnight in Jaipur
Begin with a guided visit to Amber Fort, a majestic hilltop palace showcasing Rajput architecture at its finest. Wander through ornate halls, mirrored chambers and intricate frescoes as your guide narrates tales of valor, artistry and royal living. A short stop at PannaMeenaStepwell offers stunning geometric architecture and quiet charm.
Later, explore Jaipur city through a mix of curated landmarks and lively bazaars. Capture HawaMahal’s iconic façade, then continue to the City Palace — a complex of museums and royal artefacts. The afternoon is ideal for visiting block-print studios, jewellery artisans and textile workshops that define Jaipur’s craft heritage.
Overnight in Jaipur
Spend your final morning enjoying a relaxed breakfast before departing for Delhi. If time allows, explore a nearby craft cluster or visit JantarMantar, an impressive astronomical site reflecting Jaipur’s scientific legacy. The drive back to Delhi provides a gentle close to your six-day journey.
