India presents two completely different worlds within one country — the historic cities shaped by empires and the untouched islands surrounded by turquoise waters. This Golden Triangle Tour with Andaman Islands is created for travelers who want to experience both sides in a single journey, without rushing or compromising comfort.
The tour begins with the cultural heart of North India covering Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, followed by a relaxed transition to the Andaman Islands. Ancient monuments, royal palaces, and local traditions gradually give way to white-sand beaches, coral reefs, and slow island life, making this itinerary ideal for first-time visitors to India as well as repeat travelers seeking balance.
Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Delhi is India’s capital and serves as the gateway for most international travelers, offering a blend of ancient civilizations and modern development. After check-in, time is provided to relax and recover from international travel and jet lag.
The remainder of the day is kept free to allow your body to adjust to the new environment. You may choose to rest at the hotel, enjoy a quiet meal, or take a short walk nearby to observe local life. Overnight stay in Delhi ensures a comfortable and stress-free start to the Golden Triangle journey.
After breakfast, begin a guided sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, starting with Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in Asia. From here, enjoy a traditional rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk, where centuries-old markets sell spices, fabrics, jewelry, and street food. This area reflects the historic trading culture of Mughal-era Delhi.
Later, drive through New Delhi to witness landmarks such as India Gate, Parliament House, and Rashtrapati Bhavan. The tour continues with a visit to Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site representing early Islamic architecture in India. After sightseeing, return to the hotel for overnight stay in Delhi.
After breakfast, depart from Delhi to Agra by private air-conditioned vehicle. The drive takes approximately four hours and passes through agricultural regions and small towns, offering insight into rural North Indian life. Regular comfort stops are planned during the journey.
Upon arrival in Agra, check in to the hotel and rest briefly. Later, visit the Agra Fort, a massive red sandstone fortress that served as the residence of Mughal emperors. The fort provides panoramic views of the Yamuna River and the Taj Mahal from a distance. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Agra.
Early morning visit to the Taj Mahal, timed at sunrise when the monument appears in soft shades of white and pink. Your guide will explain the story of Emperor Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal, along with architectural details that make the Taj Mahal a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
After returning to the hotel for breakfast, depart for Jaipur. En route, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, an abandoned Mughal capital known for its preserved palaces, courtyards, and mosques. Continue the drive to Jaipur, arriving by evening. Check in and overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast, proceed to Amber Fort, located on a hilltop overlooking Maota Lake. The visit includes exploration of grand courtyards, royal chambers, and mirrored halls that showcase Rajput architecture and royal lifestyle. The fort experience provides insight into Jaipur’s royal past.
Later, explore Jaipur city attractions including City Palace, which still houses the royal family, Jantar Mantar observatory, and the iconic Hawa Mahal. The evening is free for shopping in local bazaars or optional cultural experiences. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast, begin the drive back to Delhi. This day serves as a transition between the heritage circuit and the island experience ahead. The comfortable road journey allows time to reflect on the cultural richness of North India.
Upon arrival in Delhi, check in to the hotel near the airport. The evening is free for rest, packing, and preparation for the flight to the Andaman Islands the next day. Overnight stay in Delhi.
After early breakfast, transfer to Delhi airport for your flight to Port Blair. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Port Blair is the administrative capital of the Andaman Islands and carries historical significance.
In the evening, visit the Cellular Jail, followed by the Light and Sound Show that narrates India’s freedom struggle and the role of the islands during British rule. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Port Blair.
After breakfast, transfer to the jetty for a ferry ride to Havelock Island. The journey across the Andaman Sea offers scenic views of open waters and tropical islands.
Upon arrival, check in at the beach resort and relax. Later, visit Radhanagar Beach, consistently ranked among Asia’s best beaches, known for its clean white sand and calm environment. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Havelock Island.
This day is dedicated to relaxation and optional water activities. Guests may choose snorkeling, scuba diving, or glass-bottom boat rides to explore coral reefs and marine life under expert supervision.
Alternatively, travelers can spend the day enjoying beach walks, sunbathing, or resort facilities. Havelock’s peaceful surroundings make it ideal for unwinding after the Golden Triangle journey. Overnight stay in Havelock Island.
After breakfast, transfer by ferry to Neil Island. Compared to Havelock, Neil Island is quieter and less crowded, offering a slower pace of life.
Upon arrival, check in and later visit Bharatpur Beach and the Natural Bridge formation. The island’s scenic beauty and open spaces provide a relaxing atmosphere. Overnight stay in Neil Island.
After breakfast, ferry back to Port Blair. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Guests may explore local markets for souvenirs or relax before departure. Overnight stay in Port Blair.
After breakfast, transfer to Port Blair airport for onward flight to your next destination. The tour concludes with a complete experience of India’s heritage cities and tropical island landscapes.
