Are tours private or shared?

All tours are fully private, offering you flexibility, comfort, and personalized experiences.

Can I customize my itinerary?

Absolutely. You choose destinations, pace, interests—every aspect is tailored to you.

When will I receive the detailed itinerary?

You’ll receive a full itinerary 1–2 weeks before departure, once all logistics are confirmed.

What’s the booking process?

Pay a 20 % deposit to reserve your dates. The remainder is due 45 days before departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can get a full refund if canceled 30 days prior; after that, refunds are partial as per booking terms.

Are airport transfers included?

Yes—complete airport pick-up and drop-off are part of every tour package.

What type of accommodations are used?

Options range from comfort-class hotels to 5-star heritage palaces and luxury desert/houseboat camps.

Are internal flights or trains included?

We can arrange and include flights and train tickets as required in your itinerary (e.g. Delhi→Varanasi).

Do you include festival experiences?

Yes, we design packages around major festivals (Holi, Diwali, Pushkar etc.) upon request. 

Is travel insurance required?

Strongly recommended. We can advise and help with providers covering medical, cancellations, and emergency repatriation.

Will I have a guide?

Local guides are provided for key attractions; your driver acts as your support throughout the tour.

Is Wi-Fi available during the tour?

Most hotels offer Wi-Fi. For constant access, we can arrange a portable hotspot or local SIM.

Can meals be included?

Yes, meal plans (breakfast/lunch/dinner) can be added per your preferences.

How much walking is involved?

Expect moderate walking at heritage sites. Custom accommodations can be made for slower-paced travel.

Do you cater to solo travelers or special groups?

Yes, we offer solo, family, honeymoon and small-group packages for up to 8 guests.

Are wildlife safaris available?

Yes—safaris in Ranthambore, Kanha, Bandhavgarh, and others can be included.

Tours are priced in USD/INR. Payments can be made via bank transfer, international card, or PayPal.
